Michael Rosenberg has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Michael currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Edify, a customer service platform that utilizes AI technology. Prior to this, Michael was the Director of Penta Corporation Limited, where they led the company's efforts in providing business advisory and technology transfer services.

Michael has also held leadership positions at MaxQ AI, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer and spearheaded the transformation of the company through the development of innovative AI Assistant software. Additionally, they played a crucial role in preparing the company for IPO as the Chief Commercial & Financial Officer and co-founder.

Before joining MaxQ AI, Michael served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer & Corporate Secretary at Pursway, a consumer marketing company that leveraged AI technology. Michael oversaw the company's financial operations and played a key role in developing financial policies and procedures.

Prior to Pursway, Michael worked as the Executive Vice President at TeleContinuity, where they oversaw corporate development and the company's financial operations. Michael secured multiple government contracts and formed partnerships with industry leaders.

Michael's career also includes a position as the Vice President of Professional Services & Business Development at Elcom, where they contributed to the company's hyper-growth during the dot com bubble. Michael began their career as the Director of Services at PaperClip Software, a software technology partner specializing in secure document capture and storage solutions.
