Lynn Kinloch

Lynn Kinloch is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and strategic human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager for HR Partnering at Edinburgh College since March 2021, Lynn previously held roles such as Employee Relations Casework Manager at The University of Edinburgh and HR Business Partner at Edinburgh College, where support was provided for various departments and projects. With earlier experience as Human Resource Partner at Queen Margaret University and Head of HR at King's College School Wimbledon, Lynn has a proven track record in establishing effective HR functions, managing complex employee relations issues, and contributing to organizational change initiatives. Lynn also has a solid foundation from a 12-year tenure at Lloyds TSB, where several senior HR roles were undertaken. Lynn holds a Master’s degree and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
