Dr. Rowan Steele PhD FCIPD SFHEA is an experienced academic and HR professional currently serving as a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Edinburgh Napier University since November 2012, where responsibilities include Programme Leader for the MBA in Leadership Practice and Module Lead for various HRM modules. Prior roles include serving as a Postgraduate Research Student and Teaching Assistant at the University of Stirling, HR Director at Aberlour - Scotland’s children's charity, Consultancy Manager at PwC focusing on public sector projects, Head of Equality and Diversity at the Scottish Prison Service, and Team Lead Manager at the Child Support Agency. Dr. Steele holds a BA Hons 2:1 in HRM from the University of Stirling.
