Saskia van Baarle

Saskia van Baarle is an accomplished academic and HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Lecturer in HRM at Hogeschool Rotterdam since August 2019, Saskia has previously held significant roles including HR Manager at Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company, where responsibilities included directing HR initiatives for corporate departments across the Middle East and Africa, and Global Head of HR at Flemingo Duty Free Shop Pvt. Ltd., overseeing over 1500 employees globally.
