Alex Keep

Alex Keep has a strong background in project management and delivery, with experience in various leadership roles. Alex most recently served as the Operations Director at Edit, where they led the agency's agile transformation program and re-engineered resource and capacity management. Prior to that, they were the Head of Delivery at Prophecy Unlimited, where they championed the agency's transition to agile and worked on solving post-merger inefficiencies. Alex also worked as the Head of Project Management at The Real Adventure Unlimited, where they led delivery teams and managed global accounts. Earlier in their career, Alex worked as a Senior Account Executive at redtag and as a Project Manager at American Express.

Alex Keep has a diverse education history. In 1991, they enrolled at Chesham High School and completed their secondary education in 1999. Afterward, in 2001, Alex pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Bath Spa University, where they graduated with first-class honors in 2004.

To further enhance their professional skills, Alex pursued additional certifications. In July 2000, they obtained a certification as an NLP Practitioner from International Training Seminars Ltd. Later, in January 2020, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) designation from Scrum.org.

In 2007, Alex attended CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing and successfully completed the Professional Diploma in Marketing within a year, further expanding their knowledge in the field of marketing.
