Lauren O'Neil

Lauren O'Neil has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lauren began their career as a Scientific Recruiter at Commonwealth Sciences, Inc. in 2006, specializing in life sciences, engineering, and green technologies. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research as a Manager of Talent Engagement/Staffing. Lauren then joined Biogen as a Recruiting Partner for R&D, where they worked from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Divert. Lauren then moved on to Shire in 2017 as a Talent Acquisition Partner for R&D. In the same year, they also started working with Editas Medicine as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Lauren rose through the ranks at Editas Medicine, becoming an Associate Director and then a Director in 2019 and 2020, respectively. Lauren'sspecialization in talent acquisition and recruitment is evident throughout their career.

Lauren O'Neil completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Bates College in 2004. In 2002, they participated in a Semester Abroad in Mexico focused on Biology and Marine Science at the School for Field Studies. Prior to college, Lauren attended The Taft School from 1997 to 2000.
