Jen Falcon has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, spanning various roles in companies such as Dole Food Company, DuPont Pioneer, DowDuPont, Corteva Agriscience, and currently Pivot Bio. Jen has held positions ranging from Production Supervisor to Director of People Partner, showcasing their progression and expertise in the field.

Jen Falcon has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Jen also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Management from the University of Hawai'i - Shidler College of Business. In 2011, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. Additionally, Jen has a certification in Six Sigma - Green Belt.
