Patricia Lalu is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at The West Hollywood EDITION since September 2019, Patricia has previously held positions such as Junior Sous Chef and Kitchen Supervisor at The Westin Kierland Villas, and Banquet Lead Cook and Line Cook at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa. Additional experience includes roles at SumoMaya, Isabella’s Italian Kitchen, and the Westin Denver Downtown. Patricia holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from Scottsdale Community College, completed in 2013.
