Lucas Sáenz de Buruaga

Lucas Sáenz de Buruaga currently serves as the European Software Lead at Lefebvre Sarrut since March 2023 and has been with Lefebvre - El Derecho since September 2013, holding positions as Mobility Center of Excellence Manager and Jefe de Mercado Legal. Previously, Lucas worked as a Consultant and Project Manager from 2009 to September 2013, providing legal advice in IT and commercial law to various international clients, including a private equity group involved in major content distribution networks. Lucas’s earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of Business Affairs at Mashboxx, where significant negotiation achievements with major record labels occurred, and as an Attorney at Garmendia & Asociados, advising IT companies on contract negotiations and intellectual property protection. Educational qualifications include a Master in New Technologies Law from Aliter Escuela Internacional de Negocios and a Law degree from Universidad de Zaragoza.
