Mehdi Arian

Mehdi Arian as Managing Director of EMEA (Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) leads the team in the region and is responsible planning sales strategy focused on creating new market values for EDMI partners and customers.

Mehdi has more than 14 years of experience in metering, smart grid and energy management. Prior to joining EDMI, he had led many strategic planning and development of projects as well as new product branding in smart metering by collaborating with commercial departments covering various industries across companies and government utility boards in Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and Asia. His technical background together with a wealth of experiences will be valuable in progressing the company.

Mehdi holds a Master Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and is also equipped with project management and international contract negotiation qualifications.
