Shelley Dowie

Shelley Dowie has extensive work experience in the yacht management and operations field. Shelley is currently serving as the Head of Yacht Operations at Edmiston since June 2023. Previously, they held the position of Head of Yacht Management at Royale Oceanic from August 2020 to August 2023. Before that, they worked as the Head of Yacht Management and Yacht Compliance Manager/DPA/CSO at Rosemont Yacht Management from October 2018 to August 2020 and from March 2015 to August 2020, respectively. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Yacht Manager/DPA/CSO at Royale Oceanic Superyachts from May 2014 to March 2015. Shelley also served as an Operations Manager/DPA/CSO at Oplicity Yacht Management Ltd from October 2010 to April 2014. Additionally, they have experience as a Safety and Security Consultant for a 50m new build and had earlier worked as a Captain/Chief Officer on various yachts and as a Deckhand/Bosun on sailing yachts larger than 24m.
