Susan Shinoff

Susan Shinoff is the current General Counsel at Edmodo. Prior to their current role, Susan served as the Associate General Counsel at SiriusXM for 1 year and 8 months. Susan also has significant experience as a General Counsel, having served in that role at Gracenote (acquired by Nielsen Holdings) for 3 years and 5 months, and at SunEdison (acquired by MEMC) for 4 years and 4 months. Susan began their legal career as a Senior Associate at Quinn Emanuel, where they worked on complex litigation, class action suits, depositions, coordination of discovery through trial, evidence and case building, managing third party responses and production, document collections, and data retention for 2 years and 8 months. Susan then spent 4 years as an Associate at Steptoe & Johnson LLP.

Susan Shinoff has a Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School / Georgetown University Law Center, with Honors. Susan was a U.S. Fulbright Scholar at the National University of Singapore from 1998 to 1999. Susan has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley from 1994 to 1998.
