Pierre-Etienne Durand

Pierre-Etienne Durand is the Chief Strategy Officer at Edmond de Rothschild. Pierre-Etienne has over fifteen years of experience in the financial and consulting industries.

Durand began their career as a financial controller at Renault. Pierre-Etienne then transitioned to management consulting, working first at Oliver Wyman and then at Bain & Company. In 2013, they joined Edmond de Rothschild as the head of strategy.

Under Durand's leadership, Edmond de Rothschild has been able to successfully navigate the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Durand has also been instrumental in developing the bank's digital transformation strategy.

Pierre-Etienne Durand has an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from ESSEC Business School.

They work with Michel Longhini - Head of Private Banking, Christophe Caspar - Head of Group's Asset Management, and Diego Gaspari - Group Head of HR. Pierre-Etienne Durand reports to François Pauly, CEO.
