Ronald Fronheiser

Ronald (Ron) Fronheiser is an experienced professional in aerospace and maintenance management, currently serving as the Facilities Manager at the Washington Aerospace Training & Research (WATR) Center since May 2019, overseeing plant property and equipment maintenance. Prior to this role, Ron was an Aerospace Tooling Instructor at Edmonds Community College, where responsibilities included training and leading the Aerospace Tooling Mechanic Certificate program. Ron's extensive background with the United States Navy includes managing various aviation maintenance roles, such as Production Control Manager and Avionics Division Manager on the USS Abraham Lincoln. Ron holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Master's degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, and certificates in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.
