The Deputy Chief/Chief Operations Officer of the Community Safety and Well-being Bureau leads the centralization of functions related to off-ramping, diversion and management of offender and victim needs. These services are provided within two divisions and five branches. Using a person-centered, collaborative approach, the Bureau partners with community to address the needs of those who have ended up in the justice system, while deterring serious and domestic crimes.
