Kate Pakler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in sales, marketing, and client services. Kate started their career in 2000 with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they completed a management training program and gained experience in sales and client management. Kate then transitioned to roles at Autobytel and Deer Creek Real Estate before joining SuperMedia LLC as a Premise Media Consultant. In this role, they excelled in maintaining and increasing monthly revenues and building lasting relationships with clients. Kate also worked as a Media Consultant/Client Services Representative at Hibu before joining Caps Lock Communications as an Account Executive for Baierl Automotive. Here, they managed daily traditional and digital media for the company and coordinated grassroots events and campaigns. Kate then moved to Baierl Automotive itself, where they held the positions of Digital Marketing Strategist and Digital Director. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing all digital marketing and advertising efforts, managing lead traffic, and calculating earnings for Internet managers. Kate later worked at Dominion Dealer Solutions as an Inventory Management Consultant and at Dealer Specialties as a Regional Sales Manager. Most recently, Kate joined Edmunds as an Account Executive in 2022.

Kate Pakler completed their high school education at Coral Springs High School from 1991 to 1995, earning a high school diploma with a field of study in general studies. From 1995 to 1999, they attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Marketing and Management. In addition to their formal education, Kate has also obtained a certification in Google AdWord, although the institution and specific timeframe for obtaining this certification are unknown.
