Ashique Zaman

Ashique Zaman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across organizations specializing in human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Manager F&S Human Resources at EDOTCO Group, Ashique focuses on policy development, compliance, stakeholder relations, and procurement planning. Previous roles include Manager and Department Head at Matador Group, where Ashique enhanced performance management systems and employee relations, as well as Asst. Manager at Bay Emporium Ltd., where responsibilities included HR service quality and employment monitoring.
