Kay Khaing

Kay Khaing has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Kay started their career as a HR Assistant at UNITEAM MARINE LIMITED in 1994 and later worked as an Admin/HR Executive at Russin & Vecchi. In 2006, they joined Grand Win Enterprise Ltd as a Group Admin/HR. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Head of HR at Huawei Technologies. Kay then joined AYA Bank as a General Manager of HR from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they joined edotco Group as the Director of HR, where they implemented and managed various HR policies and practices. In 2017, they became self-employed as a Managing Partner and HR consultant at The Oracle Tree Consulting. Later that year, they took on the role of Chief HR Officer at Camusat. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in organizational design and development, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and performance management.

Kay Khaing completed an International Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Dr. Business Administration from the Paris Graduate School of Management from 2015 to 2016.
