Mae Ann Saguano-Fong (She/Her)

Mae Ann Saguano-Fong has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources at EDOTCO Group starting in 2023. Mae Ann previously worked at Encora Inc. as a People and Culture Manager from 2021 to 2023 and as a Human Resources Manager at VirtuallyinCredible and Online Staff Sourcing Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Before that, Mae Ann held the position of Senior Manager and Practice Group Head at KSearch from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they had various roles at IBM, including Senior Talent Programs and Engagement Partner from 2014 to 2016, Senior Recruitment Specialist from 2011 to 2014, and Recruitment Specialist from 2009 to 2011. Mae Ann began their career at Ksearch Asia Consulting Firm, where they worked as an Associate Consultant from 2007 to 2009 and as a Search Associate from 2007 to 2008, specializing in Telecommunication and Pharmaceutical recruitment.

Mae Ann Saguano-Fong (She/Her) obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies majoring in International Politics from Miriam College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In February 2009, they also obtained a certification in Targeted Selection from DDI.
