Osman Ahmed

Osman Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Osman currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at EDOTCO Group, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Telenor from 2014 to 2023, where they held various roles including Head of Organizational Development and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. Osman also worked as an HR Business Partner and Global Job Architecture Lead during their time at Telenor. Before joining Telenor, Osman worked at BAT (British American Tobacco) from 2006 to 2014, where they served as a Reward Manager, Employee Services Manager, HR Business Partner, and Assistant Talent Manager. Osman also has prior experience at dvcom Limited and Makco Group.

Osman Ahmed obtained their MBA in Human Resource Management from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2002 to 2003. In October 2021, they also completed the Leadership Masterclass with Pat Lencioni from WOBI, earning a certification.
