Natja Blomer-Vargas

Natja Blomer-Vargas has over 30 years of work experience in the field of Quality Assurance. Natja began their career as a QA analyst at AFSA Data Corp in 1991 and worked there until 1996. Natja then joined Corsair Communications/Subscriber Computing Inc as a Senior Project Manager/Senior Quality Assurance Analyst from 1996 to 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they worked at V-tek Systems Corporation as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they managed and coordinated testing efforts for Loan Origination software releases and implemented new customers. In 2003, they joined Toyota Financial Services as a National Manager (Director) Quality Assurance. During their time there, they were promoted to QA Manager in 2010 and to QA Director in October 2015. Natja defined strategies to expand quality throughout all phases of SDLC and transitioned to Agile. Natja also defined quality metrics, managed project plans and budgets, and ensured testing best practices were followed. In 2018, they joined Edovo as a Senior Project Manager.

Natja Blomer-Vargas obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Whittier College in 1990. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the certifications of Java Essentials from Simplilearn in June 2018 and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in December 2016.
