Cédric Flamant began their career in 2000, working as a PC Support for Cegedim. Cédric's responsibilities included computer maintenance and installation, troubleshooting errors reported by users, and installing and testing Cegedim's programs on computers. In 2004, they moved to Talessa as a Gestionnaire clientèle, where they were in charge of customer relationship from A to Z, providing commercial and technical support via phone, mail, and ticketting system. In 2007, they joined edpnet as a Sales Representative, where they were in charge of migration from Talessa to Edpnet. Cédric then moved to Helpdesk Engineer (level 2), providing French and English support, troubleshooting end-user problems, and creating tickets towards suppliers. Cédric was later promoted to Helpdesk Supervisor (Level 2), managing the team and taking care of escalations. Finally, they were promoted to Stock & Field Manager, where they were responsible for finding new employees, coaching, procedures, and making sure that everything goes as it should.

Cédric Flamant attended Athénée Royale Paul Delvaux Louvain-la-Neuve from 1994 to 2000, and EPHEC Louvain-la-Neuve from 2000 to 2001, where they studied Technologie de l'informatique.
