As the Founder of Neginet, Agustin co-established a staff augmentation company that rapidly expanded to over 55 engineers in just two years, while also developing a two-sided business model. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at eDreams ODIGEO, Agustin provides strategic leadership, managing multiple product teams focused on enhancing customer value through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. Agustin's previous roles include Senior Product Manager and Product Manager in the travel sector, as well as significant contributions to startups like Bluesmart and Neatcraft. With a solid academic background, including a Master’s in Technical Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of Rochester, Agustin has also held professor positions, teaching digital product management and computer science courses at prestigious universities.
