Michael Pardo Madrid is a seasoned professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as the CX Head of Operations and Partnership Management at eDreams ODIGEO since April 2024. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Director of Operations & Certified AI Evangelist at Foundever from June 2021 to April 2024, and served as Snr.
