Monika Kasperczyk has a long and varied work experience in the marketing industry. Monika began their career in 2005 as a Sales and Marketing Director at Apollo Film Ltd. Monika then moved to XTRF™ Translation Management Systems in 2008 as a Marketing and Public Relation Manager. In 2009, they became the Owner of Cardamom - Marketing & PR - www.cardamom.pl. In 2013, they took on the role of Brand Manager for European Markets at Samyang Optics Europe. In 2014, they were a Marketing Manager at both Open Conexus and Versum.com. In 2020, they became a Marketing Director at Skill Dynamics and in 2021, they took on the role of Chief Marketing Officer at edrone.

Monika Kasperczyk completed their Postgraduate Studies in Public Relations and Strategic Communication in Companies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2007 to 2008. Monika then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from Jagiellonian University from 1999 to 2005. In 2004, they also obtained a Master of Science in Management from Bordeaux Business School. In addition, Monika has obtained three additional certifications: Social Selling dla marketerów B2B from Marketer+ in November 2018, AgilePM Foundations from APMG International in February 2018, and Certificate in Project Management from AIPE - Australian Institute of Professional Education in November 2014.
