Richard Olupot Ogaino

Richard Olupot Ogaino is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People Operations for East Africa at Educate! since November 2011. With a robust background in HR management, Richard has effectively developed and implemented HR strategies, overseen recruitment and staff development, ensured legal compliance, and managed payroll and budgeting responsibilities totaling up to Ugx 4 billion. Prior roles include Human Resource Manager, Coordinator, and Officer, where Richard focused on recruitment, employee benefits, record-keeping, and supporting over 100 volunteers in the Youth Business Entrepreneurship Fellowship Program. Richard's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Universitas Trisakti and a Bachelor's degree in Education, specializing in Economics and Geography, from Kyambogo University.
