Dondi Kuennen

Dondi Kuennen is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Education Affiliates since July 2022. Previously, Dondi held the same title at the Florida Institute of Technology from July 2018 to February 2022, as well as at EDMC from July 2008 to December 2017, where a focus was placed on providing HR leadership and strategic partnership across multiple U.S. locations. Dondi also served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Brown Mackie College from July 2003 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Argosy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Phillips University.
