Desy Osunsade

Desy Osunsade, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Global Head of People and Culture at Imaginable Futures since October 2020, while also consulting for the Employer Brain Trust at Education Design Lab since September 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Managing Director and Senior Director of People at Morning Consult from October 2019 to October 2020, and various positions at Arabella Advisors from February 2015 to October 2019, where responsibilities encompassed culture, talent acquisition, and diversity. Earlier career highlights feature roles at Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation focusing on recruitment services, and a tenure at American Greetings where progressive responsibilities in Human Resources were held from May 2001 to May 2012. Desy Osunsade holds a BA in Communication from the University of the District of Columbia.
