Rebecca Longworth

Rebecca Longworth is an experienced Secondary School English Language Arts Teacher at Education for Change Public Schools since May 2022. With a diverse background in theatre, Rebecca has worked as a freelance Stage Director and Theatre Maker since 1998, specializing in digital projection design for live performances using software such as AfterEffects and QLab. Rebecca has also contributed as a Teaching Artist across various organizations, providing drama education to students from grade levels K-12. Previous roles include Marketing Manager for Aurora Theatre Company, Motion Graphic Artist at Stanford University, and Animator at Truc Designs, among others. Rebecca holds a BA in Philosophy from Wellesley College and multiple advanced degrees in Text & Performance Studies and Education from King's College London and the University of California, Berkeley.
