Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Education for Change (EFC) is responsible for setting the strategic vision, ensuring academic excellence, and driving organizational growth. This team, composed of top executives including the CEO, Chiefs of various departments, and strategic officers, works collaboratively to oversee the administration, talent acquisition, curriculum development, student support services, and long-term planning for EFC’s charter schools in East Oakland.
