Alison Dorrington

Alison Dorrington is the Director People, Culture & Capability at Education New Zealand, a Crown Entity that markets New Zealand to international students. Prior to this role, Alison worked at Tourism New Zealand for 10 years in various HR roles including Senior Advisor People, Culture & Capability, Performance & Capability Specialist, and HR Business Partner. Before her time at Tourism New Zealand, Alison was a Senior HR Advisor at EDMI (previously Energy Intellect Ltd). Alison holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, organization psychology, and employee relations from the University of Leeds, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Leicester.
