Shelby Cooley

Shelby Cooley, Ph.D. has a diverse professional background in research and education. With experience in various roles at different organizations, Shelby has expertise in equity in education, research design, youth leadership, and postsecondary transitions. Their educational background includes a Ph.D. in Developmental Science from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in Psychology & Pan-African Studies from Scripps College.
