Julian Procaccini has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 2022, they served as the Lead Business Development Manager and Teacher Consultant Lead - NZ at Education Perfect. Prior to that, they worked at Dilworth School as part of the Project Reset team and later served as an Assistant Principal. From 2015 to 2019, Julian was the Head of English at Saint Kentigern. Julian also held positions at St John's Beaumont Preparatory School, where they were the Manager and Housemaster of the SJB Summer Language School and a Class Teacher. Julian worked in Learning Support at The Chalfonts Community College from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they have a background in the British Army, specifically in Armoured Reconnaissance from 2003 to 2009.
Julian Procaccini obtained a PGDip Education from Edge Hill University in 2012. The degree focused on a practice-based, impact-led, Masters Programme. Before that, they completed a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Buckinghamshire New University in 2006. In 2018, Julian also completed a Te Reo Māori - Level 2 program from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. Julian has received several additional certifications, including a National Certificate in Outdoor Recreation (Leadership) Level 3 - Kayaking from Skills Active Aotearoa in October 2017, an Outdoor First Aid certification in August 2017, an NZ Teacher Full Registration Practicing Certificate from the Education Council of Aotearoa New Zealand in January 2017, and a Qualified Teacher Status (U.K.) from the Department for Education in July 2012. Julian also received a City and Guilds Leadership Award from the British Army in August 2004.
