Sarah Schubert ★ Leadership Facilitator

Sarah Schubert has a diverse work experience in leadership facilitation and human resources. Sarah currently holds the position of Head of People and Culture at Education Perfect since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Learning and Development at the same company from October 2021 to August 2022.

Sarah also has experience as a Director at F45 Training since April 2018. Before that, they worked as a Group Facilitator at SyNet Group, a global leadership development organization, from January 2011 to August 2022. In this role, they facilitated various leadership, management, professional development, sales, team building, and executive alignment sessions, both in-person and virtually.

Additionally, Sarah has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of New Voice Communications Pte Ltd, where they offered workshops, individual coaching, and consultative services to enhance communication skills. Sarah was responsible for creating solutions that improved individuals' and corporations' communication styles, resulting in increased confidence and effectiveness. Sarah held this position from October 2010 to August 2021.

Sarah's earlier work experience includes roles at Digital Realty as an HR Consultant from January 2012 to September 2014, at GE Capital as a Senior HR Manager, ASEAN, Compliance and Commercial from September 2006 to September 2010, at GE Money as an HRM & L&D Leader in GEM NZ from 2004 to 2006, at GE Life in L&D/HR from 2002 to 2004, and at GE Insurance Holdings as an HR Advisor from 1998 to 2001.

Overall, Sarah Schubert has extensive experience in leadership facilitation, learning and development, human resources, and entrepreneurship.

Sarah Schubert completed their undergraduate education at Coventry University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology. Sarah then pursued further education at Croydon College from 1999 to 2001, earning a Diploma in HR Management IPD. Later, in 2009 to 2010, they attended GIG to obtain a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) degree, focusing on the study of English.
