Victoria Bustos

Victoria Bustos currently serves as the Executive Director at San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD) since July 2016, previously holding the position of Director. Concurrently, Victoria has been a Counseling Specialist at the Education Service Center, Region 20 (ESC-20) since December 2012, providing support for adult learners across 52 Texas Independent School Districts and various educational entities. Prior experience includes roles as a High School Journalism Teacher and High School Counselor at Harlandale Independent School District from September 1998 to December 2012, and as an Admissions & Marketing Counselor at The University of Texas at San Antonio from August 1997 to September 1998. Victoria holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of the Incarnate Word.
