Pj Caposey

PJ Caposey is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles. Currently serving as the Superintendent of Meridian CUSD 223 since July 2013, PJ has also contributed as a blogger for Education Week and held advisory positions with multiple organizations including Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and the Illinois Association of School Administrators. As a best-selling author of eight books with ASCD and a motivational speaker, PJ has inspired over 15,000 educators. Additionally, PJ has taught as an adjunct professor at Aurora University and previously at Grand Canyon University. PJ's educational credentials include an Education Specialist and Doctor of Education from Western Illinois University, a Master's in Administrative Certification from National Louis University, and a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University.
