Winona led several initiatives focused on operational excellence, technical migrations, strategy, and algorithmic fairness. This included working within a cross-functional group to migrate abuse backends for ~70 Google products, updating and redefined operational Key Performance Indicators for global organization of 70+ full time employees, setting up program management and operational excellence standards for 200+ vendors in our content review team located across five countries, providing data analysis and operational insight on award-winning engineering/analyst/manual review operations automation project, with $5M annualized cost savings, initiating Project Management support in the newly formed Algorithmic Fairness focus area, and creating monthly and ad hoc reporting via SQL-based queries and basic data analysis.

Winona Nash has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
