Serena has always been driven to help others. After completing their undergraduate degree in Communications, they began their career in customer service. Serena quickly learned the ins and outs of the industry and was promoted to manager within a few years. Serena continued to hone their skills in customer service and management while working for various companies. In 2016, they decided to start their own business in the tile and stone industry. However, after a few years of being their own boss, they realized that they missed the structure and support of working for a company. Serena began searching for a new position and landed their current role as a Client Manager at Educational Services.

Serena is passionate about their work and takes great pride in helping their clients achieve their goals. Serena is dedicated to providing the best possible service and always goes above and beyond to ensure that their clients are satisfied.

Serena English has a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Concentration in Sustainability from Arizona State University.

Serena English reports to Andy Shirk, CEO. They are on a team with Dagny Mallory - Finance Administrator, Cassidy Thompson - Hiring Specialist Supervisor, and Jocelyn Phok - Director, Operations.
