Jenna McHugh

As Chief Human Resources Officer for EducationDynamics, Jenna identifies and attracts the best and brightest talent by making sure each team member flourishes in EDDY’s unique culture. As CHRO, Jenna aligns their team growth strategies to support EDDY’s university partners as well as the needs and aspirations of all employees.

Jenna has over 25 years of experience working in executive leadership roles at both large and mid-size companies. Most recently, she oversaw Human Resources and Acquisition Integration for Sur-Seal. Prior to that, Jenna was a key contributor to team management and development for Macy’s Inc. She has extensive experience working with organizational leaders to build and manage an HR organization that reflects and supports the entire organization.

Jenna has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Decision Sciences from Miami University and is currently on the Board at Magnified Giving.
