Karina Kogan

Karina Kogan has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Karina started their career at ICI Paints as a Merchandising Assistant from January 2001 to February 2003. Karina then joined University of Phoenix in February 2003 as a Workforce Solutions Director, a role they held for 12 years until January 2015. In February 2015, they moved to Excelsior College and served as the Executive Director of Workforce Initiatives until April 2017. From April 2015 to April 2017, they also worked as the Chief Partnerships Officer at Educators Serving Educators, Division of Excelsior College. Currently, Karina Kogan is working at Education Dynamics since April 2017. Karina started as the Director of University Partnerships and later became the Vice President of Partnership Development in April 2020.

Karina Kogan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University in 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they attended the University of Phoenix and earned an MBA degree in Business. Karina Kogan also obtained certifications from the ASU+GSV Summit in 2016 and 2022.
