Moazam Ijaz is a seasoned UX Design Manager currently leading design system enhancements and AI implementation strategies at Educative since March 2024, focusing on adaptive learning experiences for developers. Previously, in the role of UX Manager at Bayt.com, Moazam managed a team of product designers, directing UX strategies benefiting over 44 million job seekers and 60,000 employers. With prior experience as a UX Consultant and a UX Analyst at SmashCloud, as well as a UX Researcher at Cheetay, Moazam has demonstrated expertise in user-centric design across various industries. Additionally, a foundation in graphic design and photography was established at NIC Lahore, along with early UX experience at Black Collective. Moazam holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
