Jim Marsh

Jim Marsh is the current CFO at Eduro Healthcare. Prior to this, they were the CFO at Crest Financial from November 2015 to April 2018. Jim was also the Chief Strategy Officer at Jeunesse Global from May 2015 to November 2015.

Marsh has extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning. At Crest Financial, they completed equity and junior debt financings to recapitalize the business during a period of retrenching. This allowed the company to augment its existing senior credit facility.

At Jeunesse Global, they led the executive management team through a strategy development process as part of the company's acquisition of the assets of MonaVie. This process included the definition of a mission statement, market positioning, cultural attributes, guiding principles, and goals and objectives for the future. Jim also assembled and deployed six design teams consisting of 50 employees to focus on the strategic initiatives of the company in order to create a competitive advantage in their selected marketplaces.

Jim Marsh has an MBA in finance and strategic management from The Wharton School, as well as an MAcc and BS in accounting from Brigham Young University. Jim is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Their manager is Michael Bewsey, Managing Director. They work with Sam Bechthold - VP of Investments, Brandi Rich - Payroll Manager, and Kathy Dahlquist - SVP of Clinical Operations. Some direct reports include Jeni Flitton - Financial Analyst, Brooke Hixson - Controller.
