Lisa del Valle

Lisa del Valle is the VP of Managed Care & Payer Relations at Eduro Healthcare. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including executive positions in managed care and post-acute care.

Lisa began their career in managed care, working for Molina Healthcare. Lisa then joined Ensign Services in 2016 as the Managed Care Resource (Executive). In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the contracting and strategic implementation of operational processes for Ensign's 48 skilled nursing facilities and 4 assisted living facilities in Texas.

In 2018, Lisa joined Eduro Healthcare as the VP of Managed Care & Payer Relations. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of managed care and payer relations for Eduro. Lisa is also responsible for population health initiatives focused on clinical quality, operational efficiency, and measurement of value-based outcomes such as readmissions, length of stay, patient satisfaction, and star rating.

Lisa del Valle attended the University of Southern California, where they received a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from the Rossier School of Education. Lisa then went on to earn a Master of Advanced Studies in Health Law & Policy from UC San Diego and California Western School of Law. Lisa also holds a SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT certification from Villanova University.
