Aly Zvereva

Aly Zvereva has been working in Human Resources since 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Junior Human Resources Manager at Affect. In this role, they were responsible for executive search, receiving applications, conducting interviews, assessing test tasks, providing feedback to candidates, preparing job offers, consulting on employment and paperwork, and supporting the commissioning of employees. Aly was also responsible for staff adaptation, collecting feedback from colleagues, the manager and the employee, and holding a final meeting to record the probation period. Aly has closed positions such as Account Manager, New Business Manager, Creative, PR Manager, Influence Manager, Paid Social Manager, Traffic Manager, and Back Office. In 2022, Aly Zvereva began working as a Human Resources Manager at Eduson and as a Recruiter at Test Pro. At Test Pro, they were responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees for the EdTech and IT Startup, as well as onboarding, adaptation, assistance in identifying areas for professional growth, training, skills development, and providing negative feedback on the work of employees. Aly also developed and integrated an onboarding system for the EdTech startup.

Aly Zvereva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) between 2014 and 2018.
