Ranjika Mitra

Ranjika Mitra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including non-profit, education, and human resources. Currently serving as the Founder of The Campus Club and the Head of Business and Fundraising at EduWeave Foundation, Ranjika has successfully reached 14 lakh children across multiple States in India through UNICEF-affiliated projects. Previously, Ranjika held the position of Director of Outreach Growth and Strategy at TOP ONE PERCENT, overseeing both local and international outreach initiatives. With a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition gained through roles at Ultimate HR Solutions and Azizi Developments, Ranjika has managed significant account portfolios and executed successful hiring strategies. Ranjika holds an MBA from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Management.
