Rajesh Nerella

Rajesh Nerella has worked in Human Resources roles since 2018. Rajesh began their career as a Human Resources Generalist & Executive at SAGE IT, INC., where they were responsible for maintaining and updating the database of the candidates, coordinating with candidates until joining, and handling the employee life cycle from joining to exit. In 2021, they joined Vertex Homes Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Executive Human Resources, where they developed fair HR policies, ensured employees understood and complied with them, implemented effective HR operations, coordinated with vendors, and assessed training needs and coordinated learning and development initiatives for all employees. Currently, they are an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Edvenswa Tech.

Rajesh Nerella received a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College between 2010 and 2014. Rajesh then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Osmania University, which they completed in 2018.
