Hua Lin

Hua Lin has a diverse work experience with a strong background in technology and data management. They currently hold the position of Director, Operational Data Technology at Edward Jones, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at RBC Capital Markets where they served as Director, Client Data Strategy and Services from February 2020 to September 2021. Within the same company, they also held the role of Director, Global Trade Management from May 2011 to September 2021. Before joining RBC, Hua Lin worked at Nomura as a Development Team Lead from June 2009 to May 2011. They also gained experience at Barclays Capital as an AVP in 2008 and at Lehman Brothers as a Senior Application Developer from April 2005 to 2008. Hua Lin started their career in the US Army as a Computer Scientist from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, they worked at Computer Associates as a Software Engineer in 2002 and at Lucent Technologies as a Software Engineer from July 1999 to August 2002.

Hua Lin attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1996 to 1999, although the specific degree obtained and field of study pursued are unknown.
