Josee Wilson

Josee Wilson currently serves as Principal and Head of Total Rewards at Edward Jones, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Josee accumulated extensive experience at Allstate from April 2009 to September 2022, holding various senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Global Total Rewards and Vice President of Executive Talent Strategies. Earlier in the career, Josee worked as Senior Director of Global Compensation at Heidrick & Struggles and as a Senior Associate at Mercer. Josee also gained experience as a Senior Consultant at Mercer Management Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a major in Finance and a minor in Physiology from McGill University.
