Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic body care products. In addition to this role, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where subjects included applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
