Pramod Poudel

Pramod Poudel, PhD, is a seasoned chemist with extensive experience in extractables and leachables studies related to medical devices and drug products. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Scientist at Edwards Lifesciences since 2021, Pramod has previously held roles as a Principal Scientist at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories and worked as a chemist at NAMSA, specializing in high-resolution mass spectrometry and chemical characterization. Academic experiences include postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Toledo and the University of Kentucky, where research focused on enzymatic reactions and lithium-ion battery protection. Pramod's educational background comprises a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Kentucky, a Master's degree from Tribhuvan University, and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution.
